I still have some very specific memories of Half-Life 2. I remember playing it when I was still living with my parents and still went to school. The first scene, when you leave the train station, I was sitting in my room with the windows open, and it was a hot summer day. The lighting in the game just really fit the actual lighting outside, and the smell and warmth just felt like I was actually there. I don't know why I remember that particular moment so much, but it was special. Even though I was too young to play HL2 at release, it was the first game that introduced me to "Wow, there is more to games".

I have no clue why this was recommended to me, but it's crazy that you're playing it because it's free without knowing that it's free because it's its 20th anniversary, and everyone else is getting nostalgia while you experience this beauty for the first time.

Actually I figured it out while waiting for the game to load 'cause I was looking at the steam page but decided to edit it out because it was pretty boring. (literally just the steam store page lol)

Ya, I got so used to having shift set to crouch from tf2 because there's no sprint in that game lol. And then I went back to playing tf2 and kept forgetting that I set crouch to shift. The struggle is real. (also the only fps game I've played other than this and tf2 is goldeneye 64, so in otherwords, no.)

NO but I played a DS game called "Go Deigo Go! Safari Rescue". From what I remember it was less of a game like dinosaur rescue and more of a minigame collection that amounted to like 30 minutes of gameplay

Rank as in like Rainmaker Rank? These clips are from over the entirety of me playing splat2 (after final fest and before splat3) so clips are mostly from -S to X. (I only have X in splat zones)
