Hi if you don’t have a track, that’s good news. You can try laser surgery, if the laser can clear all infected area, it should help you. Good luck

Hi thank you for writing me. If you had surgery last November and it still coming back, it look like the abscess is not drained well or it formed a tunnel called sinus in medical terms. The option you have unfortunately is , surgery again. We do sometimes leave the abscess open or put a drain called seaton drain to clear all the puss out. Or if it still insisting, we do open up the abscess and if it tracks through a tunnel , then open the tunnel clear all the area and cut all out infected tissue. On rare occasions take all the above out, and put a flap, by migrating some tissues from around to cover the area. And also don’t forget to change the life habits if it’s possible, cleanliness, shaving, avoiding to sit long time (this is for taxi drivers, long distance truck drivers etc) Hope this will be helpful

Hi, thank you for your message. If it’s swollen in that area, it can be due to fishers, something like minor cracks. It’s very painful. It can be an abscess in formation, it’s red swollen and hot but very painful Or Piles, haemorrhoids if they are small you won’t see it it will only be evident when straining. Or some other courses The better option is to consult a surgeon, ask them to have a look. Most probably it can be treated with painkillers and may be some antibiotics.

Multumesc. La inceput as incepe cura singura. Curatati locul, ar fi bine si radeti, daca se poate. Este important sa nu intre infectie. De obicei, daca nu e mare si nu e supurat va trece in sine. Dar daca nu!! Atunci cautatii sfaturi medicale.. speram sa nu ajunjem in calea de chirurgie

Si eu am avut un chist pinolidal,defapt încă am,mi s a făcut un abces,dureri foarte mari după ce s a terminat anestezia,azi mi a schimbat placa(mensa) s au cum se numește ce o am inauntru sa nu sa închidă rana,am avut la fel dureri foarte mari cand mi a scoso și schimbat cu alta,fără calmante nimic,vineri trebuie iara sa mi-o schimbe si am rămas cu frica

Am o săptămână de când am fost operat, inițial medicul a dat diagnosticul de chist pilonidala, dar auzixem după operație că ar fi o fistula pilonidala, fiind foarte extins. Inca sunt internat și bandajat de 2 ori/zi. Cat timp trebuie sa stau după operație până să închidă rana, deocamdată îmi este băgată mesa, un fel de bandaj
