Hey good to see this series again! I joined the channel Discord and saw the sneak peek of this episode, and while I really like long form content... I was overwhelmed by the 12 damn hours mark. But now that it's officially out, I'll try my best to see it to the end. This series has criminally low views, you guys deserve so much more recognition. Anyway, fantastical work as always and see y'all when the new episode drops (Hopefully the heat death of the universe won't occur until then... JK, obviously).

Hey Everyone, today is the day I finally release Episode 18. This episode has been in the works for years now. Me and the Team put a lot of work into this episode, I sincerely hope you enjoy. I know 12 hours is a very long time but nobody's expecting to listen to the entire episode in one go. Besides we are One Piece fans, are we the fan base that would be turned off by a long run time? Episode 19 has not started production yet, Marines Highlights is taking up my attention at the moment but look forward to the Art Contest Announcement Next Week! These early episodes can be a little rough as I was very new to running my series back then, if you're interested, you're welcome to wait for Episode 18 to release and/or check out the trailers or recaps up on the channel right now for a more concise version of the Story. Also there's a newer version of this very introduction, it's my current latest video, feel free to check it out if you'd like. I've FINALLY completely caught up with this series! Got super happy when you introduced Sabrina, cause that's my sister's name! She wouldn't by any chance have a long lost younger brother called Gean? (Me, in case you didn't get it.) Anyways, I enjoyed the entire series so far. Can't wait for more!

That line Jimmy gives about his siblings makes me think that, because Blueblood was already created at this point, maybe Rustage just went, "Fuck it, that random guy they recruited can be his son, let's tie it in."

Jimmy took a while to grow on me - The whole - Random NPC, come join the Party feels so out of place and Rustage needed to add in something to Jimmy for his Character to tie in, yeah.

I liked what the players did because I thought it was really funny, but I almost feel like it was up to Rustage to develop him as a character and he didn't. Hell, the crew ended up taking in Doxie, who had the exact same backstory but was actually developed, leaving Jimmy with nothing special.@@Yojack872

@@twainstevens9588 except what made Jimmy special was that he was LITERALLY just a guy. Completely superficial and uninteresting. That's the gimmick. So while I don't think the "regular guy" has to be without development, it works without it too. He was basically a comic relief and a pet.

As someone who watched all these highlight videoes and was finally convinced to watch the series as a result, true character development is Trevor's first introduction being him being very posh and telling William to speak in a more refined way, then skip ahead to their friendly bout, now saying "I can fucking SEE you winking, mate". Absolutely delightful

@@Yojack872 I started Marines not too long after it started but I was hesitant to watch the original campaign because I saw how long it was. But the your vids got reccomneded to me and I thought 'Ah well, this will be a fun way to get a feel for how that campaign went without the same time commitment.' probably halfway into this one or the last I knew I had to watch the series, if just highlights were this good, the ride had to be an absolute delight!

Im really grateful that the fact you posted these highlights. 2 years ago when I found the op dnd, I was in my darkest moments and because these series It helped me laugh and cry without feeling crap and I am so grateful for rustage, tekking101, lost pause, 2spooky, rggs and many more.
