That "annoying thing" as you call it is the ferrite core. It is for interference suppression from FM or DAB radio. If you need it it should be placed about 20cm (7.5 to 8 in) from the camera. If you don't need it it can be removed. You should figure out if it needs to be used or not before running the line under the trim 🤣.

Get Rox 4-inch *pivotal* risers and replace this poo poo that you installed. You'll need to re-rout front brake line, so the hose comes closer to handle bar, it's easy to do, just move the whole reservoir around until brake line is free. And if you have DCT, same stands for parking brake assembly.

I only have a couple of opinions about the bike and the upgrades. Firstly, I have the same bike and I happen to love it for its quality, features, ride and the potential it has. I have done all of the upgrades in order to make my bike more functional for my riding style. Seat, fairing, exhaust, saddlebags, fork bag and TPM (tire pressure monitor) and a few cosmetic accessories. Secondly, I went with the QuadLock system for its design, quality and it protects my iPhones camera and other sensitive components from the harmful vibrations from my bike. Thank you for this very handy video. I have just changed the filter on my 2018 Cmax. Made a bit more difficult as the filter is buried under the scuttle panel on the cmax, but it was otherwise a breeze. Only other thing I did was to drain the filter bowl and gave it a clean out, as there was a surprising amount of dirt at the bottom.
