It is hard. Ofc it would be, we are totally new to the field. But little adjustments, some breakdowns and you are good to go. I didn’t make any timetable but i studies according to next class schedule.

Vehicle esp for hostellers is not allowed and ofc you can live in rented rooms. I won’t say we have excellent infrastructure but it is quite nice.

If you consider interaction as ragging then that is up to you. The things you saw on news, half of them never happened. You can choose whatever is convenient for you, distance from your home, locality etc. if you want to chose rank wise, then tanda it is.

Look I’m from Himachal and I’ve wanted this college only (if got to choose in HP) Not only academics but other factors too: 1) Campus: I think a proper campus is must. DDRs, seminar rooms, hostels within campus all these matter 2) Locality: Pretty decent 3) Homesickness: if you think you can stay away from your family for months without affecting your studies then you are good to go. For me I’ve to travel for 14 hrs to reach home within HP only, i sometimes get to visit my home after 6 months and that sometimes become difficult for me esp after exams. 4) Patient Exposure: More you get to know with more patients (studies and hospital reputation both) 5) Ofc Academics: My sister studied from the same college so I was sure about the academics Just compare these things from Mumbai college or any other

We got books 2-3 after joining and if you have someone known in your college you can borrow from them if you want them for free. Any local stationary shop can provide you the books

We do have wifi connection but i guess it is only for the staff. There are guest houses here but they need special permission. There are many affordable hotels nearby so that won’t be problem.
