I remember back in university I used to stand on the sidelines watching The Society for Creative Anachronism - was brutal! I have a tin of White Knight to try, just haven’t gotten to it yet. Great review. Oh, love your book selection.

I'm no longer buying from Pipes & Cigar anymore; customer service has gone out the window. I have had issues with 2/3 orders placed for a time now. I literally placed my last order just to use my last cash card and that's it, never using them again.

I Have been smoking a pipe for probably about 10 years, but I found myself smoking more in the last 2 years, and now more often then not. I usually smoke 1 pipe a day if not at least 3 to 4 bowls a week.

@idigsheet thanks a bunch. I appreciate your comment. I do t love peppery tobacco either. The pepper is not too harsh or anything, but I definitely pick it up, though it's certainly tolerable for me at least.

@idigsheet I unfortunately have not tried Maltese Falcon yet. But Maltese Falcon is an English style blend with (latakia, Turkish orientals, and Virginia. The only tobacco they have incommon would be the Virginia. I've heard that Maltese Falcon is similar to (Captian Earle's Private Stock) and (Pirate Kake) and I have hand, and enjoy both of them. @idigsheet Since Maltese Falcon and Haunted bookshop are on complete opsite ends of the tobacco spectrum, I can't really say if you would like it or not. If I were you, I would order a small bag and try it out for yourself. You may find that you enjoy it.
