Check out Middleton we got a lake view large lot no flood insurance. But you get no village amenities. Lower bonds lower taxes cheaper lots. If you don’t golf don’t use the rec centers it’s great they have 3 pools. And the lots are available no lottery

Looks like TV is using solid concrete wall sections with the windows built into them as they build now, I hope the windows that they are using are of a better quality than standard builders are using!

Our "up-north" house is near a city called Farragut in the Knoxville, TN area. So Patio Villas and Verandas have drains in the middle of the street instead of the curbs? @31:35, those CYV's had drains in the middle of the street also. CYV's have the garages behind the front doors? Interesting way to tell the difference of the new builds. Follow up question on your point about the different pools: So family and sport pools are only (Generally) at regional Rec Centers? Is there a reason why one or the other or are they just spreading the love around to regional recs? There's Neighborhood and Regional Recs, any other kind?

Hi. I have to correct you on one thing. The 8 AM process for homesite selections is NOT a lottery. The requests entered into the software are processed in first come first serve order. The only apparent randomness (if you want to call it that) is due to data packets transmitting through the network (fiber) to the host computer. The requests are queued at microsecond resolution (one millionth of a second). The database guarantees no duplication in request times. Fun fact: It is rare, but sales reps sometimes ask for proof of winning a tie. This is due to the passionate frenzy in customers loving the same lots. The database can be asked to provide that data. The closest tie breaking time this poster has seen is 3 microseconds. It is a shame that every lot isn’t perfect for everyone. Then such a system wouldn’t be needed. Your channel is quite informative and positive. Keep up the good the good work.

What, I haven't heard lately, will there be hospitals , grocery stores , doctors offices , close to these homes? And what about an V.A. Hospital and the specialists for the Veterans ? I always check out homes that's the 3rd or 4th home from the corner . I never want a home on the corner , to noisy !!! That's what I did for our second new home , took a home farther away from the corner . And I like living close to everything , hospitals , Doctors, shopping area , grocery store , park , etcc....Here I have it all !!! It's 10 minutes or less or if I wanted to go shopping at the mall 20 minutes. Most 10 minutes or less .

I live in a Designer home in Moultrie Creek and my home backs up to a wall (courtyard villas behind the wall) which is why I picked the home, and also all the all the lanai's on our block face the same direction so there is a lot of privacy.

Fyi, many street names in the area are the first and last names or just the last names of seasoned villages' sales agents or staff.

I finally got a lot yesterday in Waters Edge. It took me about 16 try’s over the past year. Design appt is December 9. Not sure on build time but think it could be 5-6 months with a pool. Thanks for the videos.

I hope you guys get your perfect homesite. We are still pinching ourselves we got first choice first try. Our Villages sales agent was more excited than we were because it’s the first time one of her clients got first choice first time. Hello Michael and Tiffany, don't remind me Christmas is around the corner and I am not ready. I went on a trolley ride on Sunday from Saw Grass Grove and went down to the new area.
