Its a brilliant location, its great to see the traction engines in steam and its just 80 odd miles from Bury.

Its good to see Pearl steamed up again. Are the rollers on display yet. Didn't see any on the Steam weekend event.

The new display should be open in the spring. We will have all 3 of our engines in steam for the gala event this weekend, hopefully alongside the running line.

@@b.a.s.inrestorations5466 my Grandma passed away on this date in France this year 2022 she had a stroke caused by a blood clot in her arm. its lovely to see that a traction engine was out on the road keeping the memories of steam power alive

yes coils on the back axle, nothing on the front, she can be quite lively

I thought I could see a bit of a bounce at the back. I have a compound the same, fully spring though - the coil springs give a comfortable ride.
