Great video! I have a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited. It's not throwing a thermostat code, but it gets hot driving around. I was thinking thermostat replacement. Will there always be a code associated with a bad thermostat? I hate troubleshooting, so I bought a temp sensor as well. Please advise if you have time, thanks.

Thanks for the very helpful video. One step to I did to gain access to the cable was removing the 2 bolts that hold that cable bracket to frame. With shifter in Park, the cable dropped down for easy access to insert the bushing

Is the clearance of the shackle pin through the bumper lug critical ? I have several different shackles that seem too loose in the lug. I can’t find an exact fit. I would assume the better the pin fits, the more the load is better distributed in the lug, i.e., not concentrated in one area. Thanks

I have two Kawasaki MULE 610 XC’s. A 2012 and a 2013. They don’t get much use. However, they have the governed 400cc engine like this one. I have never had machines so reliable in my life. I have as much as put batteries in these UV’s and change the oil once a year. They are totally amazing.

use glue dots (Zots) little dots of sticky rubber like the ones credit cards come with in the mail. Some headliners do not hold the velcro and need to be pinned in. these come in roll or sheet, used for posters etc.

How is the steering effort on one of these? Do you ever wish it had power steering? Our ranger crew is brutal to turn. Thanks!
@bruiser64797 ай бұрын
I have owned my Australian carbureted version of the Mule for nearly two years. The steering effort is perfectly ok. I find it to be reasonably light, even at slow speed. I have seen mine up for night time shooting (which is perfectly legal here in Western Australia). I am a very satisfied owner. It is not a quick or powerful sxs, but it has a lot of off road ability. Its narrowness makes it feel a bit tippy on side slopes, but I have never looked like tipping over. I am, however be very careful on side slopes. The narrowness really helps get through tight places. Our local Kawasaki dealer sells a lot of these buggies to local dairies and vineyards. They are very reliable and long lasting. If you can live with the low performance they are a great buggy.

A lighter reflective colour for a roof would have been better. Using dhutterboard might give you some extra carry space.
