@@10ua1 because it originally only worked because of the collision with the pumpkin launcher, iirc, they just changed the normal RPG so it worked. I might be wrong tho, I just know it started as a glitch

@@FoxyMaster1016 I thought there was rocket riding even before the pumpkin launchers, because I remember that's one of the reasons I heard about the game and then the pumpkin launchers were added in a week after I started playing. It's possible that the pumpkin launcher just made it easier.

For those who don't know, the game scanned your memory card and had a bunch of voice lines for all sorts of games. I can imagine this was quite spooky for people back in the day, and I wish more games did something like this.

It was great because it was great, graphics aren't everything, and GTA San Andreas still has charm even today because it managed to look good while being restricted to the boundaries of its time. The game is very much stylized and that's why the definitive edition of the game looks so weird, it removes the stylized graphics to try and be more realistic which just doesn't work.
