Here goes nuthin... 31:00 Patricia absolutely rocked this explanation. And she's right. You really can change the past for yourself by reliving a difficult moment and giving it a different outcome. The outcome you believe it should have had. And you might be wrong about what that is a couple times so you keep following the emotional thread down and down until it's just done. Fixed. Transcended from a higher, complete perspective. And any further dealings with the people or context involved will be emotionally correct for you. Meaning you will live the present as though the correct past happened because you found the proper emotional correction. Funny how talking about subtle bodies inevitably leads to thinking about subtle realms, right? Moderate sunbathing is very helpful in light-body work. Something else I got from counseling trauma - Never doubt your own existence just because you can't prove it to some measurement device or philosophical system. You can know you but you can't prove you. That which you're looking for, self, soul, however you call it, it's axiomatic. Relax, you're an axiom. I'm contributing profusely to this discussion because I really want to underline for your viewers from the perspective of a seeker who has actually found things how incredibly freakin right she is about this. I'm excited because I know how liberating this is. Don't scroll past it fam.

A friend turned me on to Walter Cruttenden's "Lost Star of Myth & Time" and I attended CPAK in 2005. I related to the speakers b/c I never believed mundane history or science, and my entire world-view changed. To think that Barnard's Star can have have such an affect on our solar system in, roughly, 10,000 year cycles of 'Light' and 'Dark' ages is mind-blowing. Walter relates the dance of the stars to a 26,000 year cycles which is roughly the span of a precessional cycle, or a 'Great Year' in time. Couple that with astrophysicists hypothesizing that our known Universe could be 25 to 26 billion years old and that would mean our little sun has only been warming this neighborhood for 1/5th of that time. Just when we think we've figured it out, the Universe keeps changing...
