I just bought my all stock 95' gs for $650, wish me luck. Both exterior door handles don't work, auto trans doesn't shift into overdrive/4th gear, and so far it now needs an alternator. But the 2g eclipse is my dream car so I'm able to start somewhere atleast Edit: where did you happen to get the Megan exhaust from?? That's the main one I'm looking into when I start mods

Where did you get that fuel rail out of what year? I needed that rail 2 weeks ago after buying a adj fuel pressure regulator. I just got my 420a started again after doing a complete build highly suggest if you want a good project swap it all out to a 420a turbo

Nice build bro. I had a 98 eclipse before the first fast and furious movie came out. I got the fiberglass blitz kit first. I liked it alot. Just didn't have the resources for fabrication. It was lowered so a fiberglass bumper wasn't working. I kept the blitz back bumper, which was the best bumper ever for eclipse, kept the sideskirts, and got a stillen urethane front that flexes like rubber. It sucked because I liked the blitz better. Just came across your channel and got excited. That was my baby. I have a genesis coupe, see the similarities 😂😂😂

I’m glad you’re restoring the car for sure. A lot of people just tear them up and they get parted out but I’m glad that you’re being patient with the car. I know it’s definitely a big headache for sure. Specially when it comes down to the wires if those ain’t right.

not sure if you fixed this yet or not, but sounds like your missing the fuel pressure regulator. I have a 96 eclipse RS with the 420a engine as well and just recently put a new filter and regulator on mine. Mine were located beside the gas tank on the passenger side, but I think the 95 was under the hood. My regulator just screwed onto the fuel filter on mine and it sent the fuel back to the tank.

I’m not a DSM fan but need more of these in the road. I just don’t like all the ones I see are FNF replicas it’s boring now. But to each his own. Kinda sucks there’s going to be another fnf replica eclipse on the road

I bought the same car years ago for 750 euros, according to the previous owner the Eclipse had a broken gearbox, I took the car to a garage and they discovered that only the clutch plates were worn out.
