When this light set on it is own this means there is something wrong with the system and you need advanced scan tool to get the codes first and you start from there, keep in mind on some vehicles if you get check engine light you will get other lights on the dashboard like the ones you have now and in many cases if you fix the check engine light first those other lights will reset automatically and this is common on Honda's vehicles, the reason pressing the button doesn't work because the traction control is disabled, so first step get the codes through the obd, good luck!

You can if it is not ECM or BCM integrated, some of Ford Relays are built on circuit board you can't easily just pull them out.

I gree, however I usually use them for larger in diameter and thicker rotors, also it depends on what speed I choose by changing the back belt position on the Ammco machine, with this being said, I never had any issue not using them, every job done to satisfactory, vehicle brakes very smooth, no noise and zero vibration.

I forgot to mention: to eliminate vibration while cutting the rotors you should use balancer belt which I also have and use depending on the rotor and drum I am cutting.

I've been rebuilding these for over 22 years now and using them for close to 40 years. You actually posted this video in my Facebook group that's how I found it. When it's singing like that making that noise you need a silencer on it.

@carservicepro I'm in Texas near Dallas it really depends on what I need to do to it labor on the full rebuild is about 750 plus parts that does not include painting it. Just cleaning it up making sure everything works properly and replacing any bad parts

Well! it depends what kind car you are referring to, However the most common causes are Tires specially if you have cheap tires and different brands and different tread installed on your vehicle will cause noise, Wheel bearings, Brake rotors, Drive axles, Wheel alignment, wheel balance and anything spins very much, there are other causes that depends on the drive train like 4X4, AWD, FWD, RWD, I am trying not complicate it, but I would start with checking the tires and rims for perfect round or bad tire tread, at the end most of the time the problem is tires!

I got the car with old tires and I replaced it right away, so not sure if there were this issue prior to the new tires installed. Do you think alignment can cause this issue. I haven't done alignment and my steering wheel seems to be a bit off to the left.

Can you please recommend me what is the best thing to do to have this issue mitigates. My car is 2021 Camry with 40k miles. I bought from a salvage auction rear end collision, came with very bad tires so I replaced it with used like new nexen tires all 4. I just did the alignment too that fixed the crooked steering wheel. The car have no vibration sometimes I feel sensation in the accelerator but other than that no issues except I start hearing low buzzing sounds around 40 mph and as soon I hit 60 mph I start hearing pulsating buzzing sound. Let says i’m in 80 mph and let my feet off the accelerator I still hear the sound until it goes below 60 mph then sound disappear. A mechanic test drove it and thinks one of the bearing make this noise but he is not sure which one and he will have to check all 4 to see. Is it possible the used like new tires that I bought off marketplace might having some issues. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Good question. The term "short to ground" is used for several reasons. One of the main reasons is that it indicates a situation where the positive wire is making contact with the ground somewhere in the circuit. Since the entire vehicle body serves as the ground and the battery's negative terminal is connected directly to the vehicle chassis, this creates a large exposed ground area. Typically, the positive wire is insulated and all fuses are on the positive side. Therefore, it is indeed possible for the ground to come into contact with the positive wire, especially within the circuit boards of vehicle computers, In this case there is short to positive and vice versa, I hope I answered your question!

Hello, As I stated in the description this will drain your battery and this is a temporary fix in case you need to get windows closed or opened, most likely you need to change the windows master switch after checking wiring for open or short.

Make sure it is properly installed first and try with ignition on, if still don't work it may be the wrong switch or it is faulty.

@@carservicepro it is. all connectors clicked in place. so what you're saying is rockauto sent me a faulty unit. great... 2nd time i used them and both times they've sent me faulty parts, never using them again

I apologize for not recording the takeoff procedure; my attention was on the dashboard message and its cause. The shifter handle detaches with a twist and pull motion, which I demonstrated on the workbench. The plastic cover is secured with retainers encircling it, necessitating the removal of the side panels first. There are likely other videos available that demonstrate shifter covers removal. Should this truck return to the shop, I plan to create a dedicated video for its removal.

Hello, I have not yet worked on this model year. Generally speaking, most new cars now place their station modules away from the vehicle floor, typically behind the dashboard, in the engine compartment, or in the trunk. The only modules located near the floor are those for airbags and seats, as well as stability control systems. Additionally, bus connectors can also be found near the floor and may lead to significant issues. In cases of water damage, it's essential to conduct a physical inspection of the components first. I agree with you; tools and equipment aren't made like they used to be. Everything seems cheap nowadays. The trigger pin on my Mityvac keeps coming off with more use, which is really frustrating. I was excited when I first got it because it felt sturdy and smooth, but the quality control turned out to be poor. What's wrong with the one you have?
