That's a class 231, not a class 756. The class 756 says ">>>METRO"" on the side (with the chevrons) while the class 231 doesn't. The class 756 also currently has pantographs, which are visible even when down, while the class 231 currently is only outfitted for diesel. The class 756 currently only runs between Aberdare and Merthyr via Cardiff Central. I can't quite make out the destination in the video but it looks like this one was heading to Barry Island, which currently is served by the class 231 and class 150. Also, you can read the running number on the side. If it begins with "231", then it's a class 231, and same with the 756.
