That was half assed all the way through. And nobody likes onions that much that’s just nonsense. I swear people care more about what their food looks like to other people more than the taste or fulfillment.

I'm not feeling that raw egg in the mix but it does look amazing.....not sure how you get that cook on that raw egg in the mix....js
@CookingGrillingwithKarl19 күн бұрын
@@stephaniebaird7956 been working in restaurants 30 years and most basic crab fillings have egg. I didn’t a Classic crab cake filling. As long as the temperature reaches 165 degrees internally you’re good. Also if you eat mayo, aioli’s, Caesar dressing then you’re actually eating raw emulsified eggs. In this recipe you can leave the eggs out and the egg rolls should be fine. Eggs are used as a binder for crab filling

You can do it with vanilla pudding too. Just use some milk to thin it out a bit. Definitely use a thick brioche or something like that

Bet that was like shoe leather. That cut of meat needs a lot more time and work to get the steak results.

I’m cooking shrimp and grits tonight. I thought I check out a couple of you tube videos. I watched several before yours, yours is the BEST! No doubt you’re from the country. There were several giveaways. The whole time you were chopping vegetables your sink was running water. You obviously have your own well. The cast iron pan was the second giveaway. Garlic powder, onion powder was the third one. By that time my mouth was watering. You say you’re kids like their grits a little thin, I like mine a little thicker. I’m 54 now my two girls are in their 30’s. We learned how to cook together. They would stand in chairs at the stove and we would cook together. We still argue about who is the better chef. I definitely have subscribed to your channel. Thanks for sharing.

By the way I’m also from the country. Garlic powder, and onion powder are staple seasonings. I too have my own well and a wooden spoon that is a little burnt on one side 🤣.
