Everyone can't run. We do all different things but people with balance issues, in wheelchairs must still move and this is a great option.

@@dancingwithoutsin1 I have rhematoid and osteoarthritis been in pain for years, am a bit over weight but it's the being in pain for so long that has taken it's toil and sometimes I think it's to late even though I know it isn't, I go for a full back MRI hoping that will tell me why.
