Nice interview that ,as a supporter on and off since 1988 it’s the cricket hierarchy that’s holding the club back it’s been spoke about since 1990s about being independent away from cricket/sportsman !! I believe to step up to next level a clubhouse that supports the team is a necessity to generate extra funds

I saw basking sharks along the coast at Rye Bay Sussex more than once when I was a child. 1960's. One was only about three hundred meters off shore just cruising along in the direction of Dungeness. Me and a friend jumped in to try to swim along with it but it was going too fast. Never hear of them being sighted now. Not sure about this one...normally they don't hang about as they're eating plankton as they swim along. Fortunately they are completely harmless just as much as they are fascinating.
