That is correct, he died in 1982 following a stroke. My videos are not historically accurate, they are just game scenarios and nothing more than that.

The G-10 had a Daimler-Benz DB 605D rated at 1,850 hp, and a top speed of nearly 700 km/h

That is correct, the power did reach 1800 HP with the (built-in MW methanol-water booster) and the top speed around 690 km/h at 7500 m. I picked the lower stats because the dogfights took place at a low altitude, under 1000 m. The above info I was found in the game so I don't really know how accurate it is.

Also I Fly the Tempest in many campaigs , Sweet Memories. The K4 or Dora vs Tempest is nice. +720 km

There are a lot of wonderful airplanes in this game and it is extremely difficult to pick a favorite. For me the Tepmest has a bit of everything and once I learned it's strengths and weaknesses it became my favorite WWII aircraft.

Uy I played this game like from 2001 to 2015 I think there were servers with 64 people online and online wars were simulated attacking targets on the ground and moving borders on the map according to achievements obtained. SEOW or Ghost Skies online was incredible. People from all continents played. The war bells lasted for months. In one of the best online servers like Spits vs 109 I got to be second in shooting down enemies in the air with my 109 and 190. And with my 190 in a Ghost Skys virtual online war with pilots from all over the world in that campaign I became the best ground attack pilot. What a memory I have of your videos from the golden age of the game playing against human pilots always. I got to have a squadron of my own with 40 pilots.

I started to play IL-2 Sturmovik around 2004 and in 2006 I got my hands on the IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946. I did not play in multiplayer because my internet connection as really bad back then but I did finish a lot of campaigns. It is wonderful to hear from someone that was back then on the virtual battlefield having fun among lots of other players. I am happy that this game is still being developed by the grate communities from www.sas1946.com/ and www.mission4today.com. Thank you very much for your comment, I am really happy to hear that you enjoyed it and it brought back good memories 😊!

Las campanas de guerra duraban meses, En uno de lo mejores servidores online como Spits vs 109 llegue a estar segundo en derribar enemigos en el aire con mis 109 y 190. Y con mi 190 en una Ghost Skys Gerra virtual online con pilotos de todo el mundo en esa campaña llegue a ser el mejor piloto de ataque a tierra . Que recuerdo me tren tus videos de la epoca dorada del juego jugando contra pilotos humanos siempre. Llegue a tener un escuadrón mío con 40 pilotos.

Empecé a jugar al IL-2 Sturmovik en 2004 y en 2006 me hice con el IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946. No jugué en multijugador porque mi conexión a Internet era muy mala por aquel entonces, pero terminé muchas campañas. Es maravilloso saber de alguien que estuvo por aquel entonces en el campo de batalla virtual divirtiéndose entre un montón de otros jugadores. Me alegro de que este juego siga siendo desarrollado por las grandes comunidades de www.sas1946.com/ y www.mission4today.com. ¡Muchas gracias por tu comentario, me alegra mucho saber que lo disfrutaste y que te trajo buenos recuerdos 😊!

Your stats for the me 109 are wrong!

The Bf-109 does have a top speed of 640 km/h (397,678) and a take-off power of 1550 HP. I mentioned the lower values because the fight took place under 7000 m and the MCR of 1300 HP as this was in flight and not take-off. This was my logic but it might be wrong 😂. I am though sure about this mistake, 30 mm is equal to 1.18 in and not what I wrote. Thank you for your comment I appreciate it.

Hi, Yes, this particular version of the game is patched up to 14.3-4. It has the mode UP3_RC4 3.0 and the Selector 3.5.0. I do not have any particular mode installed like: modern weapons, modern engines, etc.

They did have a Naval Version of the P38 with twin radial engines but it did not pass trials and not accepted by the USN.

That is a perfectly valid point. In this series I decided to fly my favorite propeller fighter plane against all ACE's that are available in the il-2 Sturmovik 1946 game. Most of the times I am the one who bites the dust, but in some occasions I am the Victor 😁. These rare occasions are the ones that I would like to share with all of you!

That scenario went south so many times with me either getting shot down or losing control and hitting the water. The accuracy of those rockets is absolutely awful I am surprized that I got one on target afterall.

To be honest, I didn't know what VOTV was, but I saw a short KZbin video about it. I can say that the idea is pretty cool and the gameplay is immersive.
