It's surprising, that the original designer, didn't realize that the landing gear choice made these planes so cumbersome. They should have outer wing stability landing gear.

My experience is that these model aircraft are flown a few times and then sit in the garage for years gathering dust.

Most of these crashes seem to start with too steep banking and therefore loss of lift whilst too low to recover.

11:36 is that cuz he bounced? or was it becuase the extra drag on the tow line hittin the ground forced the plane into the ground ''AS USUAL'' .... ??????????? if it is a NORMAL OCCURANCE... *I* would use a RELEASE HOOK to drop the line on a LOW FLYOVER than land... for ''safety and effect'' and the line will be layed out for the next tow lol
