There are positive caveats concerning teacher shortages because some are teachers and will improve failing schools in Ohio. Also, the kids can really learn French along with the other spoken languages. Moreover, these Haitians are well prepared to live there because they have their own support systems where they pool their funds together to acquire property. They believe in owning property like other immigrants. They don't differ from the waves of Chinese in Flushing, NY or Mexicans in Houston, TX.
