Looks beautiful. Why no geo grid for wall support?

So how would you calculate costs of the job and the timeframe in completing the job? How much would this project cost? Just curious brother.

Looked dry that run should have slid down the shoot. If you didn't have as much help could have been trouble.

No drainage! You're going to say it didn't need it I'm going to say why not install it it doesn't cost anything except a couple of tubes. Those neighbors decide to do something with their backyard changing the landscape all of a sudden you got to drainage problem that you didn't have before for a couple of bucks it's worth the insurance

I’m still trying to learn about building retaining walls and stairs but isn’t this being done incorrectly here? I thought you have to ALWAYS put geotextile fabric down before the stone base goes in to separate from the soil and keep it from sinking into the soil or eroding the soil away and making it sink and also to keep the dirt from the hill from washing away into the drain and clogging it over time

looks good . like the stone choices . I do think if the pathway it self , CHARCOAL BRICK , was to line up with the yellow of the door and window frames and the pathway border line up with the brick on the house it would show much better .Should have fixed the alignment of stones just to the left of the black wall mounted box ( YES I COUGHT THAT ) . There are much better ways to cut and run boarder around the window wells . I believe that's why it didn't make the video, All the little small pie pieces do not look good around those wells . Rookie mistakes . Experience will fix those things . Overall nice work .

We have versa lock plant up here in NY and we no longer use versa to build pillars cuz they always looked fked up from the poor tolerances. By the time you stack 8 rows you close to an inch off. Techo block are perfect
