This was so insightful and inspirational. As an enthusiasts only, never at an athlete level of expertise, these guys works their butts off, whether training, racing, or recuperating. The tenacity and dedication these athletes exhibit is incredibly mind blowing. Great work by the SYNC Performance HQ team in capturing the stories that go along with the glory of perseverance.

Great documentary. I’m not sure why Wiley Maple hasn’t met criteria. The result in Bormio should be enough.
@sync_performance20 күн бұрын
Thank you! It took a lot to produce so we are glad you like it. We believe Wiley should be but for his age the criteria for him is top 25 World Cup Start List, so he would need to consistently be in the top 25 for most of the season. But independent skiing has been working pretty well for him so far!

Wow…thanks to the athletes and SYNC for taking the time and honestly introducing the sport to the world…the dedication,grit , energy , determination and love of the crazy sport of Alpine ski racing shines through …so much to appreciate…keep going …… Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” - Winston Churchill.

Interesting stories, put together with solid direction. Our team, IR, Orsatus, and Global Racing work with many athletes with talent and drive but minimal national or regional team support. Good to see someone shining the light on this problem.

It's a tough sport with little fanfare. We know how hard it is out there, being ex-athletes ourselves, and we know the kind of passion and determination these athletes have. We are happy that we can tell just a little bit of their stories.

Great movie and love the behind-the-scenes clips. As a former elite athlete (in a whole different sport, though) I recognize the grit, the grind, the process, the dreams. The life. Best of luck to all of you, and thanks for a great movie. And oh… one could really feel that knee injury through the screen. Damn.

Well probably not anyone if I use past outcomes to determine the likely events of the upcoming events. Also based on these former results I can safely expect that I will also not celebrate, watch the ball drop, be awake at 12, be happy, be mentally well, or ready to acceot another year of failure has passed. But hey, you never know what the future holds!!!!
