Vitriol has done what they set out to do. Get old death metal heads to listen. I honestly haven't heard anything this exciting that's newer. When Cattle Decapitation came out with the Harvest Floor I felt it. It's been awhile but I welcome what Vitriol is onto.

I travelled to Manchester to see them with Hate Eternal & Nile. Vitriol don’t have to try very hard at all. The Parting of The Neck had me driving up the M1. Mike Ashton who played guitar for them on this tour also has a very strong band too, Vulnere. Both Kyle & Mikes guitar playing are next level. Great interview.

I agree 100% with Kristian about the Xentrix catalogue. Bury The Pain is the proper follow up to For Whose Advantage? and Seven Words continues things. As a fan I have no interest in Xentrix playing or returning to Kin and Scourge in any way. Shattered Existence, For Whose Advantage?, Bury The Pain, and Seven Words fit well together. Also the Dilute To Taste ep fits in nicely with those 4 albums. Looking forward to the next Xentrix album.
