Both equally guilty, neither deserves to live. This state had the death sentence and, if any case screams out for it, it is this one. Wonder why no one in the community stood up for this poor soul. He lived in terror and died alone. Not one person cared

Delete this please. I'm so sick of people like you misreporting this case for views. You should be extremely ashamed of yourself for misreporting the death of these boys for views. The autopsy also showed NO signs of constriction or bite marks of any kind. They died to the collapsing cieling and were NOT attacked by the African rock python. That is a verifiable fact! You just chose not to double check your sources. When you make these videos and makeup bullcrap about snakes you ruin it for everyone. That snake did NOT kill Connor and Noah barthe. Unlike you i actually read the autopsy. I also keep african rock pythons as pets. How dare you try to profit off these boys unfortunate death by making shit up.

It’s so dam awful that people with learning disabilities get such harsh and horrible treatment even in today’s society!!! Simply horrendous!!! Poor Gemma. All she was crying for was friendship and inclusion. Yet she got nothing but poor treatment and a complete lack of support throughout her entire life. Disgusting!!! All I can say is RIP Gemma sweetheart. You are forever loved and cherished by everyone who knew you. I’m not even going to waste my time telling you what I think about those perpetrators who killed this poor woman. My only cares and concern is about her family who’ve been left behind who now have no come to terms with what happened to her. Anyway, I hope I’ve made myself clear enough.

They only shown up to do inspections in person anywhere from 28-35 times the rest were over the phone inquiries. The woman that did his final inspection from what I remember wasn’t even qualified to do the inspection they were just severely short staffed that day which led to a failed inspection of him. Even though it was more than obvious he should have been flagged that day and not allowed to return to the house. They covered his face with chocolate to cover up the bruises and he even smiled at the inspector despite the amount of pain he was in. His tibia had been broken and revealed and broken again on top of his injuries. He was taught how to do the nazi salute and was taught to refer to his abuser and father as hitler. He was taught to tuck his head between his legs at the snap of a finger like a dog. It was suspected that the bite marks on his head were from barker and the dog and that he was teaching the dog to bite the kid. He would pick the baby up and toss him up in the air 6ft plus and let him land on the hardwood floor or wherever he landed. He was swung around by his neck and legs as well at times on top of being kicked in the groin. His broken back was due to being bent over backwards over barkers knee and when it popped out of place the blood curdling scream was so horrific that the teenager had to leave the house and go out to the garden and cover her ears and it lasted for awhile. There’s so much that happened that this case is pure insanity and it’s mind boggling how he was failed so miserably, it shows that the case workers were in a rush to get finished and go home and completely neglected their jobs and are just as bad as the abusers themeselves

The endless jolly laughing comes across like, you guys, are extremely insensitive and disrespectful to the victims and what happened to them. Disrespectful to the listeners as well. What are you -10yo ? Have not matured yet? The voices sound like you're in your 30s. The factual information is appreciated, as well as your effort to share it.

As a person whom celled with Charles Hatcher, I agree that he was mentally ill and needed locked up for the rest of his life. I don't defend him. But Charles Hatcher was different than what Michael Insco, made him out. I just didn't see that part of Charles Hatcher. But yes I agree he needed locked up.

I called with Charles Hatcher read the book St.Joseph children. Hatcher confessed to me to 56 murders, but the little Eric Christian, he told me that he didn't do it. That he was friends with Melvin Reynolds mom. And he was confessing to it to get her son out of prison, because he wasn't going to ever get out for the last murder of the little girl.

This KZbin video is a lot better than most and is fairly accurate, too. Top marks for not repeating the urban myth that the offender only struck on school holidays (this mistake was called out by a Melbourne newspaper on 17 April 2022). And also for not repeating the mistake Mr Cruel is a serial killer (one alleged murder does not make a serial killer). Just a couple of small public record errors (not the fault of True Crime). The December 1988 kidnap victim was released at Bayswater High School and not Bayswater Electricity Substation (which is about a kilometre away). This mistake is from a TV program in March 2022. What is significant is that 66 kv high voltage subtransmission lines ran at the back of the Bayswater High School straight to the Bayswater Electricity Station, in keeping with the theory the offender may be employed in the electrical industry. The media claimed that there were 27,000 suspects, police say there were 27,000 persons of interest, or people interviewed (which could also be females and a few cross-dressers). The difference is subtle. There were roughly some 40 detectives working in teams of 2. Each (real) suspect had to be interviewed, then their alibis checked, work places visited, homes searched, etc. A day or two work here. The maths don’t add up. The taskforce ran for some 3 years, no way could they seriously check out 27,000 suspects. Police did check out at least a 4-figured sum of genuine suspects, which kept them busy, before whittling down the list to single or double figures. Thanks for posting this video.

The way you try to spin this story to fit your narrative is so wrong. They all was friends so they wasn't Bulling Justin B they murdered him. Here's a twist for you. Chad Amanda and Justin S were all bullied by Students in the special Ed classes they shared. The students from their special Ed Classes weren't the best of people either. People outside of those classes could fall under that umbrella also. Those Students were so judgmental of everything anyone did picking at every little crack of your armor all day for the 7 periods shared through out the day leaving 8lunch and 9study hall as time away from most people. Long before Chad Came into the picture Amanda and Justin S had many people Picking on them on a daily. It was almost like they (the other students)knew that they was different from them. When Chad came to school it was about a year to a year and a half before the killing. People would call him something around the lines of white trash Slim shady. Didn't help any that he'd dress like slim shady at time wifebeater and jeans. Chad had a temper and was easy to upset. He'd try to fight people if he was angry enough. Between the time of chad's arrival and the end of Justin B's life Amanda and Chad or just Chad was always apart of some form of high school drama. Which would cause the others to pick at them as they try and discus what ever it was eating away at them. There's a rumor that there was a kill list with 78 people on it. If true that's 78 people that either pissed off one of them or was one of the many Bullies that tried making their life more hellish then it already was. Justin B was a good Man taken too early. Bullied By others But Murdered By 4.
