Truth be told coming from a LP Alumni I will say that both teams are AMAZING!!! It was an amazing season for both teams!! Even better with both teams defeating top ranked teams... Talk about loving high school football!!! Next season (25-26) La Porte Bulldogs will officially be home in a brand new stadium!!

@@100mmatte because it’s a painfully boring stop star version of rugby that they thought up because they were scared of losing to everyone in the world, constantly for decades Laugh is, as with all American sports, you’d be major competitors if you had been better sports and not took your little ball and made up your own versions

I watched the state championship victory game in '04 live from our hot tub in the backyard. Oh the memories... Also, Singletary was in my algebra class with coach Houseman as the teacher. Pretty cool. There should have been more than just a Kingwood High School 'indoor' parade at the school following this victory. If this was a football state championship, there would have been a parade down Kingwood Drive afterwards. These boys should have been given more credit. This was an amazing game. Also, I was pleased to learn that they named the gym at the newly renovated Kingwood high School after Coach Houseman
