Im a Free Mason from Ohio in the United States. I'm looking into buying a lathe so members can make their own gavles. Your video was very helpful. Love your design as well.

Hi, I actually ordered one before watching your video. Three years on, are you still using it? If yes, did you manage to find a bag that fits the unit? Oh, and thanks for sharing!
@WHCreations16 күн бұрын
So, yes, I do still use it. It's mainly used to clean up around my cnc. I don't use it commercially, though. I have upgraded to the festool midi for going onto sites. I never actually looked into a bag, although the main issue I find is the bin is simply not big enough. As soon as you fill it up 1/4 full, you have to empty it to stop it from clogging up. Would I still buy one? Absolutely not.
@whomadethatsaltysoup16 күн бұрын
Thanks for the prompt response. I've got the big, three-motor Hyundai for the heavy lifting, and I've been using a cheap and cheery Parkside 20v vacuum. I couldn't be happier with it, but for the fact that it rapidly goes through batteries. I reckon the corded Evolution R15 will be just fine attached to the Domino, particularly if I can source a bag.🤞

I'm no architecture, but guessing from the slit and the bendy carving, it seems like some form of container, possibly having the carved bend as a view port. OR!!! it keeps something in place and the hacking weapon of choice hacks away at the bendy carve

Hi. Great tutorial. I'm about to start building my frame. Problem is the joist is too far out. Ideally, i want the doors to run between my two ceiling joist. Could I get away with attaching the 3x2 (2400mm) timber into the ceiling with toggle bolts? I'm concerned they wont hold the weight tbh. Or should I go down the route of screwing timber between the joist and then attaching my frame to the blocking through the ceiling. Only problem is that its a mission to get to the joist in my attic so I'd prefer to avoid this. Could I instead create a surface cleate with 3x2s between the joist and is visible in the room? I'll be boarding the frame anyway so it wont be visible. Thanks

I don't normally go for "funny/humorous" in reviews but, yeah, it was fine! I only came across the Evo-vac recently. We already have a Vax that my son has rigged up with a cyclone & both on a trolley. But it's a bit of a PITA to shift out of the workshop. Something like this would be great both in and out - and yes, that auto-power take-off thing is very interesting! And sometimes I just need to blow Stuff off the patio or suck up any water that makes it past my 1st-line defences into the garage when we get those summer downpours. Hmmm ... subscribed!

Just bought one of these to go with a, surprise surprise, Evolution mitre saw. You didn't test the blower function - if you had, you've have found another design flaw - you have to remove one of the stored tools to plug the hose in.
@WHCreationsАй бұрын
It's not a massive issue to remove the attachment. I'd rather have the place to store them than not.

@@WHCreations it should be a possibility in most video editors, probably capcut or something, find a tutorial specifically to whichever video editor you use if you do use one. if not, most non-watermark editors will do fine, and you can find tutorials specific to it
