Your talking about a made up god that only exists in the mechanical mind of a person void of common sense! Calvinism is another version of Islam or Catholicism. Its a fools religion, as Satan can only work in the minds of the self made depraved! You can't hear the truth because you WILL NOT. Your Reformed doctrines are so sick and twisted that it makes Christians sick. You slander and kick against the true Gospel. You won't accept it and hinder others from coming to the Saviour for salvation. You are living under a curse for what you are doing. Satan is laughing at you. 1 Timothy 2 : 3-6 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all people. Acts 2 :21And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ 38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 This promise belongs to you and your children and to all who are far off-.... John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

@@christopherkerr1693 of course I do. Luther was put on trial for his beliefs as they were not of that of Rome. Many were killed alive at the stake and or burned alive in hot oil. However if you look closely at my comments I only ask what is their theology then put forth my opinion based upon relevant facts which is this: the majority of evangelical churches ascribe to Carminianism, Dispensationalism Theology and Futurism. Some say Bethel and Hillsong, Creflo dollar Copeland Hagee, Max Lucado Jeremiah Greg Laurie even Billy Graham this heresy. That man is able to decide his or her salvation. That's false doctrine according to the Bible. Do dead men flesh profit anything or nothing? They're dead. Regeneration precedes faith of Jesus Christ. Faith OF not in Jesus Christ alone. The NIV uses the Preposition in. Paul used of. Of in Galatians 3 22 KJV in Galatians 3 22 NIV. Look up of vs in and see what they mean and why in context Paul uses OF and not in. ☮

Sarcasm. As in what is this a show? Why and how people say they are saved is not biblical. They say they are because they had something to do with it. The most common is that you or they chose Jesus. And that is contrary to Jesus himself, John 15, 16. This error dates back to John Calvin Luther and Augustine and their counter parts John Wesley and AW Tozer as well as and chiefly Pelagius . During the Fourth Century AD, the heretic Pelagius (condemned by the Council of Chalcedon in 431) asserted that Adam’s fall into sin had no direct effect on his offspring other than to set a bad example. With respect to the character of man and his relationship with God, Pelagius asserted that Adam’s sin affected no one other than himself. Calvin taught total depravity which meant all of mankind and all of each human being as Paul many times stated we were dead in trespasses, Eph. 2, 1-6. The entire Bible has been watered down except for KJV and Geneva Bible.

Voddie B. Myself is here to go further ! Repentance is not required for salvation. That's a misinterpretation of scripture. ACTS 16:30-31 30 And he brought them out and said, "Sirs, what 31 must I do to be saved?" ³¹ So they said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household." Does it say they said repent? No. Bless Voddie B but you're clapping for the wrong guy. Your applaud was for Voddie B not Jesus. Oh, you know I'm right. Repentance is a part of Sanctification as a continuing devotion and development in becoming more Christ like. ☮

Jesus told His disciples to preach "repentance and remission of sins." Did you hear ANYTHING about repentance in Voddie Baucham's presentation? Not a word. Should you be concerned about that? Absolutely. ■ "Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that *repentance and remission of sins* should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem." He talks about coming to Christ which necessarily includes repentance and he talks about sanctification which can only take place on the basis of repentance.
@TheBibleSays
@TheBibleSays 2 жыл бұрын
@@christopherkerr1693 You and I both know that coming to Christ *requires* repentance: confessing and forsaking sin. And we understand that sanctification is impossible without our repentance. Most people don't know that, and have been taught "faith alone" instead. With that in mind, listen carefullly to what he says in the video: @1:39 *_"so that God can be just and justifier of the one who places his faith in Jesus Christ"_* Nothing there about repentance. @1:51 *_"so that all who put their faith in Christ might be saved"_* Nothing there about repentance. No mention of repentance *anywhere* in his presentation. He leads you to think just having "faith in Christ" will "save" you. *_NOT TRUE!_* Jesus is ■ "the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him" (Hebrews 5:9) ================================================== God knows we're sinners -not perfect. What God wants - and commands - is repentance: a willingness (and commitment) to confess and forsake sin. If we'll obey we'll enter His promised mercy . . . and our past sins will be blotted out . . . and He'll give us the holy spirit to help lead us out of slavery to sin: ■ "And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent" (Acts 17:30) ■ "He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy." (Proverbs 28:13) ■ "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him . . . " (Isaiah 55:7) ■ "Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord" (Acts 3:19, NKJV). ■ "And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him." (Acts 5:32) ■ "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." (Acts 2:38) ■ "As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent." (Jesus, in Revelation 3:19) He is the potter, we are the clay. Outside of repentance, He cannot work with us. Outside of repentance, we remain outside His promised mercy and will perish. Jesus warned: ■ "except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." (Jesus, in Luke 13:5) Peter makes it clear: come to repentance, or else perish: ■ "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." (2 Peter 3:9) While we abide in Jesus in repentance, following the holy spirit, we remain in *justification* -in His grace, not under condemnation. While we abide in Jesus in repentance, following the holy spirit, Jesus remains our advocate with the Father, and covers new sins by His blood: ■ "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." (Romans 8:1) ■ "My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous" (1 John 2:1) ■ "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin." (1 John 1:7) While we abide in Jesus in repentance, following the holy spirit, we have "the hope of salvation": the promised gift of eternal life, to be received at Jesus' "revelation," -His return: ■ "But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ" (Paul, in 1 Thessalonians 5:8,9). ■ "And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life" (1 John 2:25). ■ "Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;" (1 Peter 1:13) What happens if we no longer abide in Jesus, and return to a life of unrepentant sin? ■ "If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned." (Jesus, in John 15:6) ■ "For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries." (Hebrews 10:26,27) ■ "For if God spared not the natural branches [the Israelites], take heed lest he also spare not thee. Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off." (Romans 11:21,22) ■ "Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it." (Hebrews 4:1)

@@TheBibleSays there’s no such thing, when you’re sealed in Christ there’s no getting out, Christ is described like Noah’s ark, God shuts you in, did Noah or any of his family members say “God we don’t believe in you so let us out of the ark” once that ark was sealed there was no getting out or hoping off. The whole jumping in and out of Christ would completely contradict “They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us.” ‭‭I John‬ ‭2:19‬ ‭ Now with Voddie I love his sermons and etc. was Christ sinless yes, so us aiming to be like him and live by his example, does that mean to aim to be sinless? Yes, our aim is to repent but will repentance justify us? No, so how does this work? God grants repentance and faith just like salvation. For us to repent would just be worked based salvation wouldn’t it?
