I saw this in person in high school or some sort of summer camp I forgot what it was for. But, I remember seeing the heart beat vividly. I thought it was pig hearts that were shown but I could be wrong. Awesome stuff and 10 years later I remember it so vividly.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

Just FYI. Each meal swipe is not worth $1. Each meal swipe is worth $11. When you swipe your card for the on-the-go, you only get $1 out of those $11, so purdue takes $10 already. A Charity organisation is taking $10 out of your donation. That is what’s happening here. Ridiculous “charity” organisation. Whatever you do, do not donate here, instead buy some overpriced food at and give it to a homeless guy yourself. You’ll be doing a lot more good that way.

Absolutely misguided! Children with ASD have social-developmental challenges in interpreting non verbal gestures-and-social cues need to have this addressed in person, and NEVER through video games as an adjunct or segue. In video games it is comforting and reassuring to children as the otherwise registered-felt anxieties associated with fusiform face area or the fusiform gyrus (that part of brain associated with processing subtle in-person to person co-emotional signalling) is NOT presenting! There are innumerable nuanced/subtle exchanges and demands that go on in nonverbal co-emotional person to person signaling that MUST be addressed directly and NOT further delayed through the marketing of so-called novel "social videos!"

+Neilgs Hi Neilgs, In a 2 minute video, it is often difficult to describe complex research studies. Dr. Scherf does have neuroimaging publications looking at the development of the fusiform face area in autism (See the lab webpage: sites.psu.edu/scherflab/ ). This current research is directly informed by neuroimaging research (and also by feedback directly from the teens themselves). This is not a commercially available product, but is a research tool designed to test hypotheses about how teenagers and young adults learn. While it would be great if everyone had access to face-to-face services, many older teens and young adults often don't have access to any services at all as they age-out of programs. This creates the need for researching and developing alternative free or low cost options for teens and adults as they age-out of access to school-based or insurance-based programs. In this case, the interactive and immersive 3D game environment allows for approaching the animated human characters, having conversations with the characters (such as greeting a stranger and asking them questions), and using information learned from the social conversations (including sometimes subtle nonverbal gestures on the animated characters) to solve problems in the virtual environment. This allows for practice with nuanced and subtle conversational demands for teens and adults who didn't learn these conversational skills as younger children during their face-to-face classroom learning.

@LucasNguyen198010 жыл бұрын
Im witnessing zombie ants here in Abilene Texas. There was a group of ants 30-35 units. A co-worker and myself were noticing that these ants were climbing up a crab grass and stayed locked in their position having biting and holding on like xmas decorations. We knocked them down a few times and they climbed back up and locked back on.
