I work for ups warehouse and I will say packages do get damaged in transit if the ppl not building the walls (package wall) with correct methods or it was damage by the belts in the facilities or ppl mishandling them. Other than that if some packages are missing items … A. A package that was by it leaked on it soiled the package to where all the contents came out.. B. Packages got jammed on the belt busting the boxes open causing contents to fall out. Some contents go back in the packages some goes to a department where the box up loose contents to the manufacturer Amazon or whatever address is printed on the contents. Hopefully this helps. Otherwise this package looks mishandled

I attempted to ship a gift to Brazil. It came back 3 months later non-deliverable. The pkg was destroyed 🤷🏽‍♀️but the contents were still good

lolll i had worked with a similar pigment like this and omg it stained my hands for 2 days but luckily i found a way to remove it i just used a very strong facewash with a foot scrub and scrubbed it all of and then moisturized my hands alot later😂😂😂

Welcome to what we get through the post, ups, fedex, you name it it's like pet detective is on the job delivering these damn packages. What's worse is the consumer that ordered it and has to go through the extra time to return it and then argue it out with the cellar and it ain't right y'all sellers need to recognize this is out of our control and yours but you as the seller have to back the product no matter what condition it shows up in transit though it's out of your control. Let me enlighten you young lady this is the cost of doing business and if you don't want to be a business owner and stand behind your products despite it not being picked up or whatever the issue might be then you need to close up shop. Giving them a refund keeps your doors open and you did the right thing because at the end of the day your reputation is on the line. Good job small business owner
