Mandarin as the dialogue is read slightly faster than in English. It saves only about 30 seconds total but worth the switch for top runners.

Being an advanced movement player in Apex Legends prevents me from playing other movement games. Hands down movement in Apex is the best while it's also a curse because I can't play other games.

@@TOTK505 You don't need much. It's all about angles. Based on the shield's orientation towards you, you'll need one or two dashes to get around it. The way I do it is (sorry if it's too detailed, I'll try to keep it technical): If I'm on the ground, a few meters from the shield facing me. I walk towards it until he's within less than the distance of a regular dash. At this point it's about speed and accuracy: I orient myself laterally and prepare to dash around the shield as close to it as possible (taking care not to touch it while dashing or it will bump me off). If I dashed in the correct angle and successfully went around the shield, I should be just behind the guy (my back on his back). From this point, the kill is mine, because the next split second will be spent turning around (before he turns towards me) and slashing him in an instant. Sometimes this process is so fast that I don't even see while I'm doing it, and it's not like I had time to inspect it. It's gotta be muscle memory. Sliding will make this process easier, if you get the angles right. If I'm in the air, I just try to go above him with a dash (taking special care to only land 1-2 meters past him) so I can quickly turn around and slash before he turns around. These techs yeah I agree but the game itself is totally playable on consoles. Got a lot of red medals and have everything at 100% (only hardcore modes for Mike and white run missing)

Was playing through Neon White and accidentally got one of the red medals like 92% through the game and was like “what the hell” so i looked it up and saw the times needed to get the red medals so i instantly knew I needed to look up a speed running guide, safe to say, this did not dissapoint

during my first palythrough i realised i go faster when doing a ledge jump since i alreayd knew about coyote time and realised about 10% into the game sliding off an edge made you faster, but i didnt know alot of this other stuff, so thanks
