do you have the link for the spring clips you used to hold the strips? Thanks

Hello, sorry for late reply, I was at hospital … I used adjusted paper clips .. if you put “paper clips” into google it will pop on you. By adjusted I mean that you have use one hanger from another clip and put it inside.

Bitter sweet coming to the end of this build. It will be a work of art and the model, no pun intended, for my build. Are you still thinking of doing the Ferrari next?

Very nice work. The many parts of the windshield required a lot of fitting of parts. Impressive work. You are correct, when AC adhesive cures, it will give off fumes. In an enclosed area, these fumes can collect on a surface. Glad you were able to remove them.

Again very nice work. The cushions came out very nice. Adding the thread to the cushions was a good decision. It nicely represents the welting sewn between two pieces of leather to hide the seam. Liked your idea of using toothpicks to attach the cushions. Looking forward to the completion.

The fitting on the cabin looks nice, reference photos are nice to have. My question on the engines, you posted a photo of the engine compartment of the full size boat. It showed two possibly V8 engines, do you know who made them?

Tip for crisp paint lines ~ 1- Lay down the mask tape & rub down well. 2 - brush a light coat of CLEAR Lacquer, just along the Mask "EDGE" & let dry well. 3 - paint the required colour. 3 - once paint is dry, remove Mask tape. The Clear seals the edge of the tape , stopping paint "Bleed" on Colour coat, & is invisible once final Clear finish is applied.
