I already know the reason why they don't get much scaling as is but there are still enough info to scale them on because of the info they give to us. Like Q, we know he can do absolutely anything and is omnipotent and omniscient which makes him the most powerful entity in Star Trek and from most speculation he has no boundaries but some people beg to differ when he has a ton of power that isn't out of the question entirely.
