Great video. Very informative. Looking for a sanctuary that my 72 yo mum can manage. We will be there next week. This is easier terrain right? Compared to the others wherein you need to follow the elephants to the jungle. Is it a long or difficult walk to the river? Thanks!

This was shot last week. You can see the damage from the heavy rains , but everything is ok now. I booked it on getyourguide, it was cheaper.

Having lived in Southern California and Florida I was really surprised how relatively cold Italy is during the winter even in the south. 15c is not very warm by southern US standards. I imagine people from Northern Europe would find it warm. I think I will visit in spring or fall.
