The finger involved is my ring finger on my right hand, if that makes a difference, which I'm pretty sure it does. HELP!

What if I'm ambidextrous? I am dominantly left, and could be equally dominant with my right but I don't practice with it enough. It was an accidental discovery. The lines on my right are more prominent, longer, and have more features. Like the midas line is much more evident on my right than the left. There a trident on my head line and life line but the left has a huge triangle on my head line with multiple squares connecting the head and life. I have so much work to do yall! 😂
