"how do you get out of grabs!?!?! Spoken like a true fighting game player

I've been hyperfocused on this game since I first played it like 6 months ago and I've probably watched at least a dozen playthroughs since then. I really enjoyed your playthrough and it's amazing that there are still things you've pointed out that I hadn't noticed before. I really love the ending choice especially, even though there are 'good' and 'bad' endings (you can't get a good ending without leaving behind the cops 😂) many of the choices don't really have an impact and allow you to take what you want out of it. After all, it's working on two opposing themes; "No one is beyond forgiveness" but also "Not everything can fit in the backpack." You as the player have to decide which of those is more important and in a way what the ultimate point of the story was.

I started to play this game in 2004, still playing it, ... with a couple of mods, 3, 4 or so, ... the most nicest one of them is Seyda Neen Complete along with Coastal Cottage, ... O, ... the Nakan mod, lovely. Warm Sands, outlanders 🐱

a big part of progression is that the game doesn't scale the enemy's stats it scales the kind of enemy that spawns and somewhat the equipment, and a location thats spawned in has those enemies locked in. so if you get your ass beat and come back the enemies wont all be replaced with level 50 draugr overdeathsupersaiyanlords like skyrim does, it will be the same as it was the first time so you'll actually feel the benefit of all your leveling work. there are also a lot of areas with set spawns, so you can encounter a variety of difficulty throughout the game even badass deadra at level one. and you might say that's bad that you can encounter challenges you cant just walk over, but having spikes of difficulty on occasion is good. it means you have to actually try, to actually think about preparation and strategy and weaknesses, and maybe you have to flee to level up and get gear and potions to try again, that's good. that's engaging, that's story, that's challenging you, that feels fantastic when you do overcome the challenge. then because the game doesn't constantly try to exactly match the player you can actually get meaningfully stronger, progressing to harder enemies, and then eventually becoming a godlike unstoppable force as part of the regular game progression. skyrim doesn't let you do that, you have to break skyrim to do that. in morrowind not only is it expected mechanically, its part of the plot.
