I’m sorry but it’s gross to keep one of those things that long. Cellulose multiplies bacteria. I throw them out monthly. I can’t imagine keeping them for that long!

Ahhh yess.. people who are only used to seeing workers with gloves. Those gloves are neither sterile nor clean. They are made in a factory and get shoved into a box. They look clean but I promise washing your hands is so much cleaner. Most people who use those gloves don't change them nearly as often as they're supposed to and if they did businesses would freak out over glove costs.

Gloves can also give a false sense of cleanliness

People say that its gross because hair and dust can get stuck to it. The same can happen with your "amazing saran wrap". You're more at risk with that because plastic becomes statically charged, pulling hair and dust out of the air. Beeswax does not

Can you store them in the fridge? I’ve been keeping mine folded and stuck together in the fridge when not in use bc it can get pretty hot out here and I don’t turn on my AC while I’m at work, don’t want them melting when my house gets to like 80°-90°F lol

That person is just being silly tbh, business has changed a lot since the internet and sharing the lows/counting on ppl's empathy is a common move now. I mean, even banks are trying to play themselves like they're just silly lil dudes and appeal to u by using informal language and slangs on marketing. It's the same thing
