I love this song, but the blonde lady is louder than John and she's on harmony. I want to hear John's melody stronger. Beautiful song though 💕

This song brings me back to a happier place in life… the 1990’s Life was so much more simple. Everyone was free to create, make fun of each other and have fun. Everyone was cool with each other. Now we live in the 2020’s where everyone finds a reason to be pissed off at each other. Thank you John for creating this masterpiece that’s being brought back in 2025. I hope it brings everyone better vibes moving forward. 🏀🙂

John Tesh got the last laugh with this song. I remember back in the late 1980’s when he was hosting Entertainment Tonight, he was made fun of (no internet yet) in magazines for this theme when it came out for NBA on NBC. Here we are 35 plus years later and it’s coming back as an icon from the past. Ironically, having this song used again will be a major plus for the NBA on NBC. ESPN / ABC coverage of the NBA has been very disappointing as of lately.

Well I guess Connie and I are both gonna be 900 year old Italian women because I hold in anger like a bucket with the bottom cut out! 😂 And even if you think an argument got resolved the night before, be ready to wake up to "You know, I just think it's funny that ______..." You're also dead on about looking at people I went to high school with as older than me even though we're practically the same age. Even if we are both 43 if someone graduated in 98 and I graduated in 99 they are still an "upper classman" to me for life. I love you guys!!!!!!

I thought it was the left side, to sleep, while you are pregnant. You aren't supposed to sleep in your right side, because apparently, it restricts blood flow to your baby.

So sorry for your loss.🕊️ I had double pneumonia and sepsis Aug 2021, the same year my twin brother John died (Apr 2021, a month and a half before our 51st birthday) luckily we were able to spend our 50th birthday together. Luckily I survived the pneumonia and sepsis due to an induced coma, life support, and dialysis for a short time afterwards. I had one of those near death experiences and it was hellish in nature. So I now truly believe that there is a devil! It sure changed my thoughts and beliefs as to which way I wanted to lean. I have always believed and grew up in a religious setting, thank goodness. While I was in my teens through my 30's I was a person that liked to party and have fun. All the time. Now, I'm a stay at home kind of person and drink occasionally...no more parties. Even though that NDE was hellish and scary, I'm glad I had it because I sure as heck don't want to go to 👿! Sorry for blah blahing, and again, sorry for your loss🕊️

This is the only podcast I listen to that I actually carry the info with me throughout the week. It's funny I was just watching a movie last night from the 80s with Connie (Downpayment on Murder), and today listening to this. I guess I'm the president of this family's fan club. 😂 Love you guys!! Oh and by the way...Team OVER toilet paper!!!!!!

Thanks to John Tesh for not only creating this song, but also ruining it with a "shredded" version for the return to NBC. Just leave the song alone.

I don't know that I could ever designate one song as the most romantic song of all time, but this would definitely make my list. Timeless and classic And no one could have done the vocals justice like the incomparable James Ingram.

One of my favourite sports theme songs. "Roundball Rock" composed by John Tesh. It was used as the theme song to NBA on NBC from 1990 to 2002. It was played several times when that show aired. It was also sampled by rapper Nelly for his song, "Heart of a Champion."

Love this song. John Tesh is an amazing person. A television and radio presenter, a composer, an arranger, a pianist, a keyboardist, and a singer. Also a devout evangelical Christian and married to Connie Selleca.
