Ja,die gute alte Zeit. Auch ich bin vom 190D langsam mit der Mercedes Flotte aufgestiegen. Nie liegen geblieben, nie bereut. Fahre heute noch im 280SE 126er durchs Leben. W.M

190 D mit unkaputtbarer Maschine und super niedriger Verbrauch! Und: die 126er sind schon lange Kult....deswegen unbedingt behalten und schön weiter pflegen.

you can use a valve to reduce the engine compression so that you don't need as much pedal power - German engineering from the 50s...lol

Vielen Dank für diese wunderschönen Bilder aus einer besseren Zeit ! Ich bin jetzt 76 und fahre immer noch leidenschaftlich Auto. Zu gerne hätte ich einen dieser tollen Oldtimer in der Garage stehen, aber das könnte ich mir leider absolut nicht leisten ... Übrigens gefällt mir auch die musikalische Untermalung dazu sehr gut.

Ja, danke, das sind Bilder aus den 50ziger Jahren und diese Fahrzeuge der Marke Mercedes Benz waren damals bereits sehr teuer und heute nach wie vor sehr begehrt.

@@Canyon777 Ist mir bestens bekannt. Mein Onkel hatte in den 50'ern einen 220 S, und Ende der 70'er hatte ich einen 180'er mit 68 PS, als dieser bereits ein Youngtimer war. Hatte ihn für 1500 DM erworben und nach eineinhalb Jahren für 3800 DM wieder verkauft.

Yes, this is an original from 1978, made with the legendary Mavic wheels and Shimano 600/Arabesque equipment. Only ridden a few kilometers, the only thing that had to be replaced were the tires, as the rubber had disintegrated.

É muito difícil saber o ano exato de fabrico de uma moto Motobecane. Pesquisei a minha bicicleta na Internet e, com base nos componentes, nas mudanças, nos travões, etc., deve ser dos anos 70 ou do início dos anos 80.

super, der abgebildete 300 SE war von meinem Vater, er fuhr auch einen 220 SE, mit dem er in den 60ziger Jahren über die Türkei bis nach Beirut und Damaskus fuhr!

The Handyman is to my mind, the perfect compromise for size and features. I do miss the cross head screwdriver but there are workarounds for that and the mini driver that fits in the corkscrew is a godsend for loose spectacle screws.
