The phlebotomist did a terrible job, you’re supposed to take the tourniquet off after 60 seconds and the tubes drawn are the wrong order of draw

Hey guys, this is for ppl getting a blood test 2morrow or today, depending on when you're seeing this. U may have needle phobia, which is okay because i have it, and so many ppl have it as well. The only thing that you should be worried about is the needle being put in. To be honest, the pain goes from 5 to 0 real fast because youyour only being what feels like being pinched. The blood test lasts for 10 seconds, and it's done just clean, needle, blood, needle out... that's it. Also, there are many ways to distract yourselves instead of looking at the needle go in like a physco. You can listen to music, look away, and play games on your phone/Ipad. You can also hold your parents' hands or sit on their lap. (Those were tips, btw). But moral of this comment, don't be scared and be a warrior that never gives up. Thank you for reading this :)
