I m fortunate enough to have both worked in Newfoundland for a summer as well as meet Rex and chat with him while we were both waiting for a transfer at the Halifax airport. Along with meeting with him and other fellow Newfoundlanders, I realized that they were all quite unique. Having both lived and worked from one end of the country to another, it was the people of Newfoundland that have stood out the most. In many of our cities like Vancouver or Toronto, there are a numerous number of onion skin layers that need to be pealed off before you see the real person. In Newfoundland, you get what you see! Thanks Rex so so many fond memories!

yes, John is an extra in quite a few of these. Early 80s, can't nail it down better unless I translate the roman numeral date at the end of the show lol. Above my pay grade

I met Emile twice. Both with my Father Jim Hodder. The stories he told were some of my best memories.

like ya would.I tried to convince the members of Red Island to move to Toronto,nobody wanted to move to the mainland,we were stunted in our growth and that's cool.At least the Duff made it up there...
