4070 le lo, power less consume karga and raw performance bhi 3090 ke equal hai. And agar FG on kar diya toh greater than 3090. Bas 3090 mein 24GB VRAM hai and 4070 mein 12GB. But 12GB in enough for 2K Ultra Gaming👍

fun fact the screen shown at 2:43 is the best-case scenario for any cpu+gpu+game setting. equal usage!! LOS at 5:40 is not bottlenecking anything - actually, LOS is not utilizing the CPU and GPU probably because of the in-game settings. as even after tuning on fsr mod the utilization remains same. seems lika game's inbuilt limitation even in other games - ur CPU utilization is less than GPU meaning you are playing on higher resolutions. ur bottleneck depends on the ingame settings truly. P.S. i have also upgraded from 3600 to 5700x recently. urs is clearly visible either 5700x3d
