I think that's a bad sign when a character archetype has to sound like every other one. Guillotine should not sound like a psycho about to lose her mind. It doesn't fit with her story/character. There's also a serious audio/visual disconnect. Guillotine never has a psychotic expression, always a grinning / cocky look. There's bad dubs in every language, no need to get so defensive about it.

Nothing is wrong with her JP voice and it’s fits perfectly with her character style which the Japanese would call it Chuunibyou. Also the way she talks is usually what most Chuunibyou characters tend to sound likes.

Sounds like someone who's about to lose their mind with that wavering and erratic speech. I usually associate that with some crazy character / yandere which Guillotine is not. Although I haven't kept up with modern anime tropes so maybe that's why it sounds so off putting.

Over the top VA for an over the top character. That's why JP is usually considered higher quality, they adapt their voice to the character they try to play.
