How often is cervical dystonia a first symptom of Parkinson's? I'm a 40-year-old woman and just developed symptoms of cervical dystonia six months ago, laterocaput. My doctor did not suggest any medications and said we should just do botox injections, which I am waiting for insurance to approve. I don't have any other symptoms aside from my head tilting - do I have any reason to worry about Parkisons? This getting worse, or turning into Parkinsons is a big fear of mine.

Im 30 and just started getting them 6 months ago and it's so devastating honestly, I try so hard to not do a head shake while talking to someone but it's impossible. I'm sure as the time goes on it'll get worst and I just feel embarrassed and like no one else deals with this I see everyone with still heads and I'm so jealous . I call them still heads . I just wish I could make it go away
