It sounds more like you’re not right for each other. Therapy has been the best way for me to heal trauma both for my wife and myself. EMDR is a really wonderful form of therapy for trauma. You are worthy of happiness. I didn’t find my wife until I had already found a deep love for myself. Her love amplifies me and I amplify her but we are not responsible for each other’s happiness. I think that’s what true love is.

I appreciate your comment and I know that the Twin Flame connection can seem a bit weird to people that aren’t experiencing it. Thanks for the love but I am actually extremely whole and happy and it’s only through inner work that you can be in Union with your Twin Flame. It’s a spiritual connection based on spiritual growth 👌❤️

Twin Flame is a wonderful metaphor for finding true love and doesn’t sound weird in anyway and would describe my wife and I. I flew across the country to her show up on her doorstep on her birthday when we first met to see if our love was real and it’s been 7 years of love since then. Love is beautiful. In my sangha we always read this book called Eyes wide open by Mariana Caplin. I thinks a great book for anyone at any stage of their spiritual journey. Give it a read if you have the time. Much luck on your journey in love.
