@@rakeshroshan4264 depends on 1-Stripper plate (Blank Holder) job contect surface. 2- Balance and alignment with punch. 3- Cushion pressure. 4- uneven flow of material across the stripper plate. 5- if the stripper plate or Blank Holder not propper policed. 6- if the stripper plate or Blank Holder have no Coating like PVT/Hard Crom etc. Above are the reason Thank you for questioning Your friend and colleague Shiv kumar singh

It depends on geometric shapes of components Whether other lubricant also being used during deep draw operation like draw oil 500 Grease,draw compound and drawmat etc. It doesn't matter that sheet is thin or thick materials grade matters For deep draw alongation (creap value) must required up to 30 to 36%.
