Segal wasn't an actor, neither was Van Damme or Bruce Lee etc They were brought into films because of their skills as martial artists. It was fun, new and exciting. That's why we watched them all those years ago. Not serious actors. The action was incredible and fun to watch. People who criticise, what are you even doing here?
