Hey man, I’ve been watching your videos since 2018-2019 and you have some amazing catches and my favorite one has to be you catching Rio Grande from HMCR or HMCR 9554, truly awesome

Is this by Main Street? You know Town Creek AL 101? I'm thinking thats where its near.

Thanks for this information. I took a tour about three years before this, The Lights were different like 8 inch like you said. Now in 2004 there was a derailment here and hit the left signal. (Amtrak Derailment)
@freebrickproductionsКүн бұрын
It wouldn't've been Amtrak, Amtrak ain't ever run on this line as the last passenger trains were discontinued before Amtrak was even a thing.
@crazymariobrothers2Күн бұрын
@@freebrickproductions I ACTUALLY meant Santa Fe. I'm just so into Amtrak. My first train was literally Amtrak

@@crazymariobrothers2 The ATSF never ran here either. It was Southern Railway before 1982 and is Norfolk Southern after 1982. I'm assuming you meant BNSF as well, presumably one of the run-thru coal trains, given that the ATSF merged with the BN in 1996.
@crazymariobrothers2Күн бұрын
@@freebrickproductions I did mean BNSF

40:43 This Crossing is where i took a tour a few days after you, I didn't post it cause its on my other phone which is broken 🙄. Signal on the right: SafeTran Base, SafeTran Bell and I forgot the type of lights. Signal on the left: SafeTran Lights (im sure) SafeTran Base, (there is no bell.) I'll find the video.
@freebrickproductionsКүн бұрын
All lights at that crossing are Safetran 12x20s.

Once again, the SmartScan NG²s have taken over. At least now for all of the MP 900s on the Lineville Subdivision (ANJ) This one used to read out MP 957.4, since its actual location shown was MP 957.3952 on the bungalow rounding the decimal to 4.
The one reason why trains aren't as slow as the other trains aren't is because they have limited amounts of speed that go further and beyond The Railroad Crossing.

This crossing is dangerous and idiotic. There is a traffic light right after it and during morning rush, traffic backs up to this crossing. One time i got stuck in between gates as they came down. Incredibly there is gate on both sides, so there are 4 gates that box you in completely, and you cannot escape at all
@freebrickproductions3 күн бұрын
You can drive through a lowered gate in an instance like that, they're designed to be hit with minimal damage to a vehicle. I suspect had there not been such a closely placed intersection, there'd only be the medians for this quiet zone and not a full quad-gate set-up.
@dieselgaming96093 күн бұрын
the reason why its getting stuck is because that whole shaft peice that holds the hammer on is moving with it which it should not be

Alabama, watch out carrying crude oil tankers, like West Virginia did in 2015. Their water contaminated, governor called the national guard for drinking water after 9 counties were declared disaster areas.
