Lost my Brother to AIDS in 1997 in marsh, I didn’t know he had AIDS until 3 weeks before he passed,came to visit at my parents where he was and he called me to come and talk he had something to say, as he started talking he was getting upset at my parents and told me they had been laying about his disease I was told when he first got sick in 1991 that he had loungh and liver cancer, and I told my self all that drinking and smoking finally got him, he said what I have is AIDS and I could not believe what he was telling me all this time and I had no idea that it was AIDS it was hard I felt like I had been kicked on my nuts and punched in the stomach at the same time it was really hard to believe that he had AIDS, in his memory I joined California AIDS Ride 5 in 1998 did 4 rides then AIDS/LifeCycle started and I been at it every since 15 Ride’s on the bike and 6 as a Roadie already signed up for next year along with my Daughter this year was her second as a Roadie,met Loui on a training ride my Daughter and I are members of Fed Ex team.

As a rider of the AIDS rides back in '94, '95, '98 and '00, I am overwhelmed by this beautiful video. It's hard to believe how much time has gone by! I plan to return as a roadie to give back for this important cause!

Why were the Sweeps not included in this video? We worked hard on the ride and this year was one of the hardest with all the rain and cold on Quadbuster!

I’m so grateful to have been there for this speech. I stood up to applaud and my leg seized up with a terrible cramp but I refused to stop clapping or sit down. Thank you for the incredible speech and inspirational words.

With the Liquid substance i received through Dr Abiola on KZbin I was able to eradicate HIV I was cured in two weeks of using his medication 🥰

Truly this ride is not only vital for the amazing services the Los Angeles LGBT Center and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation does for the community it is life changing in a manner which words alone can’t describe. If you’ve never road or roadied please allow yourself to be part of something magical. It truly has changed my life.
