Actually po 2 rooms po But can fit whole family😮 Only in the Philippines…. They can even stretched this room into 5 beds but standing only.😢

I would have swapped the dining and living area. The Dining table would have been perfect in that angled corner and the living room next to the kitchen

Definitely misleading and disingenious. Illegal would be a stretch. I don't like it either when they put up a wall in a 24 sqm studio and market it as a 1 bedroom condo. I 've read the Philippine building code for condos, they can be as small as 18 sqm which is really just a room. 😒

Good job but i think 3M is way too much for what was remodeled. That's almost half of what this unit it worth.

@@archadiusconstruction 3M / 80sqm is roughly 37,500/sqm. For a remodel not construction. That is astronomical. Your profit margin must be through the roof.
