I was in my last year of elementary school when it aired as “ROBOTECH” in the U.S. in 1985. It would be two decades until I finally saw the source material subtitled in English. In the years between, I used to buy imported MACROSS books from Japan at a local comic book shop.

この曲でも意図されてるような好きなアーティストの路線云々の話に限らず、 今の不景気で無機質極まりなく生き辛い令和の現代、やたら「昔の方が景気も良くてイキイキしてて良かった…」って言いたくなることが多くなったから余計リンクするものがある、、

良いアイテムですよね。これ。 ガンダムとザク２種類発売当時持ってました。ロボット魂のVerANIMEより真のアニメ版ガンダムだったと今でも思ってます。 アンテナ取付位置、上り過ぎでは？元々こうでしたっけ？自分も手放さなきゃ良かった。

Thanks. I changed it from multiple exposure to this. That is the superior song for me, but this one fit a little better. slow motion is a great track amongst many many great songs from them.

I always thought that this song would be great for advanced English as a second language courses. There's no right or wrong answer, but try to write down your impressions of this song. Since the first verse is instrumental, then it restarts, you get to compare what you wrote to what you think the lyrics mean. Is it happy or sad? If sad, is it a specific *kind* of sadness? Do the instruments work together to convey that feeling? If so or not, do they change? Is that change permanent? What do the changes mean? It's not perfect. Whether intentional or not, the 'feeling' of this song feels very ambiguous. In a way that makes it potentially better for use in this context. In the absence of a clear answer, humans tend to impose one. Anyhow thanks for uploading this. I'm going to check out the three vids you have from his '84 tour. Of all his tours, those seem to be the hardest to find.
